Bio

Saurabh is a sophomore undergraduate researcher from North Andover, MA who aspires to achieve an M.D./Ph.D. in regenerative neurobiology. In the Conover Lab, he is conducting research on quantitative mechanisms of ependymogenesis across the brain’s lateral ventricles during development and is investigating alterations to the brain’s subventricular-zone stem cell niche as a result of fetal-onset hydrocephalus. Outside of the lab, Saurabh is an avid clarinet player in the UConn Symphonic band and Chamber Ensemble.
